just perfect! working smooth and very easy to use

Smartlook is the best tool to track users on mobile apps.

What do you like best? The best thing in Smartlook is that we can send events and the records are pretty awesome. What do you dislike? I like everything about smartlook, there's nothing to dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Smartlook is helping our company to track our users and give us the capability to understand how the users are using our apps.

Like Hotjar but user friendly

What do you like best? I have used Hotjar for a while but i always found the interface confusing. I switched to Smartlook and it's much easier with less time consuming fields to complete. What do you dislike? Wish it was free! Seriously the only thing that is slightly annoying is the cost for mobile apps being high. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? used it to optimise my landing page from 20% CR to 57%CR !

Robust software, great insight

What do you like best? I really like how Smartlook shows the City/Country of residence of the users. For example it'll show the difference between Hinton, AB and Edmonton, AB, I assume by IP Address. This is insightful. What do you dislike? The one thing I don't like is how you have to pay extra to be able to abide by more stringent privacy legislation. For example, the free account seems to show you the words on the user's screens. So I need a really invasive privacy policy and ...

Great plugins to learn how your website layout is performing and converting $!

What do you like best? I like the ability to see the videos and "fast-forward" them by events, this way I can speed it my learning process to optimize my website even further. What do you dislike? Everything has been great so far... from the free version to any of the paid memberships! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm learning the attention route my customers take during their journey in my website.

Probably the most usable analytics tool I've ever used.

Perfect tool for deep insight of your customers

What do you like best? It is very valuable to see the behaviour of my customers on my site and where they leave the session and do not convert. With Smartloook I can clearly see from recording some funnel issues and fix them to improve conversion rate. As I do not work for the company we used Smartlook for as an employee anymore, I want to implement Smartook for my clients too as a freelancer. What do you dislike? Smartlook really makes you look smart!

What do you like best? The heat mapping feature has provided so much insight to user interaction with the site. I am in the process of redesigning the site and the information from this one feature has enabled me to make better decisions and create a user experience that is cleaner and more satisfying.
