"Smartling is quite simply an amazing company with timely and responsive support!"

What do you like best about Smartling? User-friendly; Timely & Responsive support; Cheerful disposition, etc.; Punctuality & good business etiquette (for online meetings, etc.); They also send cookies! :) What do you dislike about Smartling? There is almost nothing I dislike about Smartling, honestly! The beneficial & helpful aspects of Smartling make it so I really cannot think of anything I truly "dislike"! What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? Primarily, ...

"One of my daily programs for my company's translation needs"

What do you like best about Smartling? Using Smartling is straight-forward, once you get the hang of it. I appreciate it allows spaces and characters in the submitted job titles. I like the 'jobs' section where I can see all my submitted and processing jobs in one place, rather than me trying to find them another way. Smartling's Associates are helpful and available when needed. What do you dislike about Smartling? I find Smartling's search function is lacking when I need to select my piece ...

"Best TMS company with a forward-looking product vision"

What do you like best about Smartling? The TMS has every feature you need for managing translations. There are exicting product releases every month. The Smartling team goes above and beyond to help customers come up with the best solutions, whether it's implementing an existing integration, advising on best practices, or developing a new product feature to meet the evolving localization needs. What do you dislike about Smartling? Would be great if the reporting features were more flexible ...

"Smartling: Great product"

What do you like best about Smartling? There are many great features but I think my favourite is the variety of ways you can set up different workflows to cater for various scenarios in specific projects. The filtering options in the Strings view are also really detailed and allow you to be incredibly specific about what you're looking for. Overall, I find it to be a very user-friendly product and I'm constantly finding cool new features I didn't realise existed! What do you dislike about ...

"Our favourite translation to grow our business"

What do you like best about Smartling? The first thing and the most important thing is the trustful relationship we have built with our Smartling Project Manager and our Smartling Customer Success Manager thanks to daily communications, weekly syncs and bi-annual check-in. What I like most about Smartling is basically the flexibility the platform offer: the SLS Team localize most of our content through automated workflows, and our internal team localize some content as well, but when needed ...

What do you like best about Smartling? As a freelance translator, Smartling is a dream to work with. The communication, the workflow, the available work and the CAT tool are great. What do you dislike about Smartling? I really enjoy working with this company, so there is not much that I dislike. Still, maybe I would only wish ...

"My life as a langauge manager with Smartling"

What do you like best about Smartling? With the simple and clean UI of Smartling, it's super easy to navigate through the platform. The SmartMatch feature is super helpful and comes in handy to help me keep the consistency of my work. What do you dislike about Smartling? The ability to see the strings in String view and dashboard view is a lot different, and I wish both should have the same attribute, i.e searching some part of the key variant only works in String view mode. What problems ...
