What do you like best about Smartling? Smartling offers an expansive list of languages, and has a very quick turnaround time, usually between 3-5 days. What do you like best about Smartling? The process of uploading files for translation is very easy and straightforward. The platform sends notifications when translations move to the next step which helps keep track of progress. The team are also very helpful and quick to respond to questions or issues. "Smartling is easy to use and the API plugins work great."

What do you like best about Smartling? The API plugins work great. With a press of a button, I'm able to request a translation without extra forms/details to the translation team. I can also check in on the status of the translation without contacting support right from the platform itself. What do you dislike about Smartling? What do you like best about Smartling? The dedicated staff is the most helpful aspect of Smartling. They are very personable and always available when questions arise. The control over web translation process now lies almost completely outside of IT/web teams making the translation process smoother and time to market way quicker.

What do you like best about Smartling? Lot's of integrations with other tools we use such as Contentful and Figma. This helps to automate our processes. What do you dislike about Smartling? The UI can sometimes be hard to navigate. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? Integrations to help us automate our processes, cost savings with reusable translations in the translation memory, machine translation.

What do you like best about Smartling? Easy to upload my documents also in Excel and survey format. Quick response and feedback What do you dislike about Smartling? At the moment im happy with the current service What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? Especially when using it for surveys. It is very helpfull that i can provide a format which i can use directly after translation. I dont have to do a lot of manual steps to implement the translations

What do you like best about Smartling? Ability to offer both an interface for inhouse translations as well as strong API for a fully automated translation flow. Many competitors have translation abilities, but usually solve only 1 problem. We are able to use smartling for product descriptions, instructions, contracts, images and much more. Sometimes the quantity of fields/elements to filter by can be a bit confusing or hard to narrow down. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you?
