What do you like best about Smartling? Once Smartling is set up there is little oversight required. What do you dislike about Smartling? For more complex websites, depending on the set up, some text/data may not translate. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Smartling? The translation editor is easy to use and convenient, as well as the project dashboard and management options. Also, I like the fact that it is a web-based platform, since I can work anywhere. What do you like best about Smartling? We have been using it for over a year and it is making translations a breeze. Great platform & fantastic support. What do you dislike about Smartling? With SFCC we have some manual steps to take to tranlate the contetn within Page Designer. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to tranlate all our FR Canadian content and will be using it for our EU languages this year.

What do you like best about Smartling? What I like the most about Smartling is that I find it very intuitive and user-friendly. All the info I need is there: concordance search, glossary, style guide when applicable, segment history, etc. and most of all the context panel that allows me to see context as well as how the translation will look like in real time (which is great as French espands quite a bit and I can see if I need to "chop" the translation for layout reasons).
