"Great option if visio drives you crazy"

What do you like best about SmartDraw? The range of templates and ease of use. I love that I can pick from stock items and easily add and move boxes. great for process mapping What do you dislike about SmartDraw? I haven't come across something I would describe as 'dislike' What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you? The cost and pain of visio. The ability for us to collaborate. We use it mostly for breaking down problems.

What do you like best about SmartDraw? I love SmartDraw's simplistic user interface contrasting its extensive features. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? I wish SmartDraw had a dark mode. The white background can be a bit too much for my eyes. What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you? SmartDraw allows our company to collaborate on projects easily.

What do you like best about SmartDraw? I've been so impressed w/ the amount of resources, support and knowledge from our Customer Success Manager, Vanessa. Great resources. The product speaks for itself - awesome. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? There isn't anything that I'm not impressed with. What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps to mindmap and articulate topics that arise in brainstorming. Organization of ideas.

"Easy to use and provided us with complete creative control"

What do you like best about SmartDraw? I had a project land on my desk and need to do basic drawings in house quickly. Smartdraw is easy to use, provided me with icons and scalability What do you dislike about SmartDraw? It is a little bit cumbersome to find icons and some elements easily without an extensive seach. What do you like best about SmartDraw? the cloud component and being able to access a usuable version of the software online. "User Friendly Diagramming Tool"

What do you like best about SmartDraw? This is an extremely user friendly Diagramming tool used by teams in order to process and understand information in the most direct and simplistic manner. The templates they provide even show you how and why one certain diagram may be more beneficial to use than another. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? Nothing that I have seen thus far. "Extremely user friendly application."

What do you like best about SmartDraw? SmartDraw has many prebuilt templates that make user experiences extremely easy; I have been able to create needed forms on the fly with little effort. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? I have not experienced any dislikes to date. What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you? I've been able to create orgcharts, workflows, flowcharts and mindmaps with minimal effort using the predesigned templates.
