"Great Tool!"

What do you like best about SmartDraw? Simple to use, intuitive interface. Drawings are stored in the Cloud, which makes accessing them easy. Also has options to download the drawings in multiple formats. Easy to share with others. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? My largest complaint is that it won't import a Google drawing, which is what I used before SmartDraw. Sometimes I can't find the right template for how I use the product. "Great tool for day to day work"

What do you like best about SmartDraw? It's simple and easy to use and it's cheap and have same functions as other enterprise tools. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? So far everything is perfect and doing what it is supposed to do. What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you? SmartDraw allowed us to provide the same features that were in another enterprise app (only assigned to a few users due to the license cost) to all of our staff members.

"Intuitive and easy to use"

What do you like best about SmartDraw? If you know MS Visio, there is a low learning curve. If you don't, it is the same learning curve. I especially like the ability to import Visio diagrams into SmartDraw which, supports the transition to using this application. The reduced cost was also very appealing. What do you like best about SmartDraw? Great for project planning and to see the big picture. Clear and concise, and user friendly. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? Symbol library could be improved, search ability needs help What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a lot turnover and updating our org chart helps our constituents understand who does what

What do you like best about SmartDraw? How user-friendly Smart Draw is, and the application has more features than you would think. Check it out for yourself. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? To soon to tell. Haven't found anything yet. What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you? We will be converting all of our Visio diagrams to Smart Draw. The migration is seamless, and editing and building new network diagrams will be faster and easier using SmartDraw.

"Extremely User Friendly"

What do you like best about SmartDraw? The simplicity of use and it is very cost-effective for our organization. Abundance of Templates and easy exportation. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? Not much there for multi user collaboration. What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping my put together an organization chart which is always growing and changing. allows for simple edits in a matter of minutes.

"Ease of use is 10/10"

What do you like best about SmartDraw? Interface is very intuitive, the onboarding journey is smooth. Felt compelled to add team members and get the org on it. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? Not much to dislike. Fairly okay with most of the functionality. Can't complain What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you? Collabration on flow diagrams is key to me, especially when i have to map user journeys for the solutions team
