I've used SmartDraw for 10 years.
I've used SmartDraw for 10 years. The charts and graph are easy to use. SmartDraw makes all my presentations look professional. Best part about SmartDraw is how the program interfaces with MS Office Suite.

What do you like best? The graphics and UI are visually pleasing What do you dislike? Sometimes the UI is tough to use, for instance, the speech bubbles don't always work correctly Recommendations to others considering the product N/A What business problems are you solving with the product? SmartDraw is a fantastic application. We are about to embark on a major project to improve the shopping experience for over 150 stores in our network. SmartDraw provides a simple tool to work with Franchisees and Suppliers to get the perfect result!

Enjoying the SmartDraw program
Enjoying the SmartDraw program, it's easy and allows me to be very creative with the hundreds of products options available. I first started using this program to create Family Trees *without being attached to an on-line program and I find it easy to use. I am now using many of the other SmartDraw products available and very impressed by what can be achieved. Highly recommended!

Really liked smart draw since i started…
Really liked smart draw since i started using it back in 2011, Had a bit of trouble at first as I'm not the smartest cat when it comes to computers and software. Picked it up quickly and ran with it on all sorts of applications for my business.Thanks SmartDraw , keep the good times rollingRegards Steve

Excellent visuals to present planning and implementation
What do you like best? Tons of templates to choose from to convey meaning and present data What do you dislike? Takes long time to load program for usage and for files to open Recommendations to others considering the product Use the templates rather than starting from scratch to maximize value What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visual presentation of strategies

Great diagramming software!
What do you like best? The range of options and templates to use when creating diagrams is great! This allows us to streamline our processes and get work done quickly. What do you dislike? It can hog resources, so older machines can slow down when using it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to create diagrams and visual components to presentations has been a real boon to us!

I am attempting to use the Cloud…
I am attempting to use the Cloud version but am not having much luck. My computer keeps losing connection with the server. It looks like I will have to switch to the downloadable version and pay the extra money.

Second year of subscription
Initially I had trouble figuring out how to work with it, but once you get the hang of things, it really is a very nice program to have. I haven't explored all the updates of the 2018 program yet but it looks even better than the 2017 version. Bonus: really amazing service. Since we are a Namibian company, I had to work around getting an invoice for payment and rather pay by credit card, but everyone was really helpful in getting me started.
