Smartdraw is the perfect program for simple submittals
What do you like best? I like the ease of use. This product gives me just enough options to get the job done without over complicating things like CAD tends to do. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is issues getting the lines to snap together correctly. This happens when drawing walls using the auto-snap feature. I have been using smartdraw primarily for floor plans and product drawing in my Custom Furniture manufacturing business. Having To sketch drawings by hand has been cumbersome and time consuming. After some practice I can now sketch out an entire closet in a matter of minutes with 2d elevations. LOTs of uses. So far, so good..
I've had this for a couple days when I needed to create a makeshift website using powerpoint with table of contents, timelines and some other graphics. But the possibilities with this program/software are ENDLESS. As a professional in real estate but also someone who works in communications - this is a fantastic to create engaging graphics, present data in a way that is interesting and unique. Easy to use (so far for the most part.
