"Super Easy Flowcharts"
What do you like best about SmartDraw? It was very easy to quickly create flowcharts for training and processes What do you dislike about SmartDraw? I do not dislike anything at this time.. What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you? This keeps our processes documented and provides great visuals for all employees to use as a quick reference

"Easy to use for visual reporting"
What do you like best about SmartDraw? Tons of cloud-based templates to access and collaborate to help explain difficult topics where charts can help you communicate to your audience. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? Sometimes I get tripped up on flowcharts, but I take the blame as user error. What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you? In my role, I do business process mapping, new procedures, value chain mapping which all benefit from smart draws functionality.

What do you like best about SmartDraw? We were on a group call with Vanessa Solis, she was patient, she explained all the details thoroughly and she also extended her help outside of the group call for those who still did not understand. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? having to play around with the settings for when all the information prints on eg 11x17 paper for the information to be legible. "Strong Charting Capabilities"
What do you like best about SmartDraw? SmartDraw has taken the legwork out of charting complex information. Can fit a lot of data into small space graphics. Phone support team (Matt) resolved an ongoing issue, not previously managed by emails sent. Matt even sent me a personalized video to show me how to manage my issue by showing me on screen. "Detailed and easy to use program for all floor plans designs!"
What do you like best about SmartDraw? I love all the different platforms and templates that are offered. I mostly use the custom tool to draw it freehand and once you get the hang of it, it's so easy to complete the task at hand. What do you dislike about SmartDraw? "Easy to Use Even for the Beginner"
What do you like best about SmartDraw? Easy to use, quick, continally saving your drafts online so you don't lose your adjustments and also offers saved versions of your working file to reinstate if you need to back an start from a certain point. It allows you to accurately illustrate items to spec, ratio like the bigger programs for no where near the cost.
