I've been using SmartDraw since 2012 and I LOVE how easy it is to throw together very polished diagrams and visuals for professional purposes. I use this product to build industry-standard process models, UML diagrams, UI mock-ups for clients, as well as many day-to-day reports and tables for business use. Great drawing program for diagrams
What do you like best? I am able to draw anything from a floor plan to technical software flowchart. There are so many preset drawing types that have allowed me to create diagrams for several different departments across the company. It is a swiss-army knife of drawing softwares. What do you dislike? Entry into the application is a bit clunky. I expect to to login and go directly to the online version. Excellent alternative to Visio software…
Excellent alternative to Visio software which was discontinued years ago. I'm finally able to import and revise my old Visio files! Also, this software comes with many pre-made templates. Great for being able to "see" various estate planning concepts. Great software.

Good Value for money
I tried the trial version and found the program to be good for what i needed and that was to design a large warehouse , workshop and office . As i found the program very easy i decided to purchase the full program and this was also an easy process. I recommend it.

Excellent Support!
Purchased Smart Draw in 2011 for work. Had not contacted for support in over 4 years. When I got my new laptop at work, I had problems with installation. I contacted support and my problem was resolved very quickly and the support desk followed through until all issues were resolved. Love the product! Love the support services!
