What do you like best about Smartcat? It is very easy to apply and accept a project. The formatting is already done and the translation goes smoothly. What do you dislike about Smartcat? I don't see any drawbacks. Maybe there are not enough projects. What problems is Smartcat solving and how is that benefiting you? Fast communication with clients.

What do you dislike about Smartcat? The website is divided into three regions, which sometimes causes confusion for me as I manage my tasks. "Makes for translating eLearning courses quick and efficiently!"

What do you like best about Smartcat? It takes what would have taken months with a third-party consultant, only minutes to translate an entire eLearning course. Not to mention the cost savings associated with using this platform compared to a consultant. What do you dislike about Smartcat? I wish the glossary would translate the words automatically and then highlight it in yellow aftwerwards to notify you of the change. What do you like best about Smartcat? SmartCat has been an excellent CAT tool for our in-house Translation team. It offers collaboration, an intuitive user interface, and customization. What do you like best about Smartcat? It's a really intuitive platform, offering a wide scale of opportunities to translate and to manage translations. What do you dislike about Smartcat? I haven't got any negative feedbacks to this day and my experience is also really great. I wish more colleagues in my company would use it. On its way to becoming a bad company :((

I've been on Smartcat for several years now, and it's so sad to see that there's no improvement at all despite the warnings of many translators. As a fellow translator put it so well, "they are becoming a villain". A customer needs to accept a job on Smartcat before the payment can be released. But currently, a customer can take as much time as it likes to accept a job, which is ridiculous and unacceptable. It also means that customers spend this time to prolong the payment terms. "Easy on the eyes and productivity-enhancing"

What do you like best about Smartcat? The platform is easy and intuitive, you can set up small projects in a few seconds but also get the option to set up more advanced settings if required. TMs integration works like a charm. Machine Translation is also fairly good, although paid one is almost spotless. What do you dislike about Smartcat?
