Don't fall for this bait and switch nonsense

I uploaded a large PDF and they claimed to be able to reduce it from 70mb to 18mb if I subscribed to Pro. As soon as I subscribed, the site said the PDF was as compressed as it could be at 70mb. This is total scumbag behaviour. Don't give these scammers your money

I started using it when my pdf expert broke, and I have to say, it's pretty nice. They give you many features for the free version, but for some reason, when I was in the middle of editing my document, it suddenly closed the tab, and I lost all my work. Not sure what happened, but it's fine now.

I purchased Smallpdf "PRO," and have been using this for a LONG time and have loved it, until today! I loaded a pdf doc that I had to sign. It allowed me to sign it. However, when I clicked the "new feature" at the bottom "sign and send" or "sign and file," the program immediately froze and said, "error, would you like to start over?" This would be fine if I was a student, but I'm not a student. I am a VERY BUSY LAWYER WITH DEADLINES and this program failed with outlook, with google and ...

conosco questa applicazione solo perché mi sono trovato un addebito nel cc da parte loro di 90 euro ed ero curioso di sapere il motivo... Mi sento raggirato , truffato o quanyomeno imbrogliato.... facendo un controllo ho scoperto una loro pagina dove presentano un servizio gratuito..

Mi experiencia fue una de las peores y con diferencia!!!! Unos tramposos y sin vergüenzas!!! Me cobraron doble de lo prometido!!! Cada mes me llegaban dos cobros!!! A la hora de reclamar se lavan las manos y te dicen que tienen 14 días para las reclamaciones, fuera de este plazo, nada!! Cómo no les controles los pagos..prepárate y pagarás doble. No la aconsejo a nadie!!!!!
