I've been using the free version for a couple of years now and finally i purchase the subscription. I emailed customer support and my email was immediately answered with my questions. I needed to know how to convert an html document to pdf. I emailed the customer support team with my question and was emailed the instructions on how to convert an html document to a PDF. so far so good.

I LOVE IT
This program is the most convenient among PDF conversion programs. I encountered an issue while using it, and the engineer promptly fixed the problem. It's the first time in the United States that I've experienced such a quick response. It's the best. I love it.
