great value for the service
no idea what people right over here bassicly complaining about forgetting to cancel a subscribtion , i mean seriously this is how every website works , the main thing is it is a great tool that it is easy to use quick and efficient,

No idea who the negative reviews are - they must be morons!
SmallPDF really is amazing. Honestly, I've been using it for 3 years now and considering I have so many documents to merge together, split apart, compress, convert from JPGs into PDFs, it does it all. I'm a Web Designer and clients send their documents in all formats... So I'll gladly pay the subscription of £48 per year to have access to this amazing tool. Their UX is amazing, just drag and drop, and the features are superb. Oh, and getting new clients to sign contracts is a piece of cake ...

Useful tool, good customer service too
I had a lot of PDFs to shrink (creating documents for a visa application), and I tried a lot of tools. I'm a software developer so I installed some tools on my computer as well. SmallPDF gave me a great balance of shrinking my PDF but keeping the quality high. It was one of the most useful tools I found.Because I had so many PDFs to work on, I signed up for the pro subscription. A great application. Helped me manage to reduce the size of a lot of documents quickly and easily. Great customer service too. After that work was finished, I stopped using the web application but didn't know I was continuing to being charged. A few months later I sent one email to Smallpdf and they refunded the payments for the months I was idle within 24 hours.
