What do you like best? It's easy for anyone on my team to add/request a 1:1, add in their topics and for us to track overtime. Goal setting is easy to track and manage, it's flexibility allows for a number of different time configurations (goals by month/quarter/year). What do you like best? I like the continuous effort that Small Improvements have made with their HR software. The added bonus of opting in to Beta Test features before they officially go live is absolutely fantastic!
