PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? From training to when you get to know what the product offers, the process is smooth. We are able to lunch the product at no fee which is not common for most similar tools. The customer support has become helpful. Instead of dealing with an automated system that aids you on how to use the tool, they have a real human account manager to take you through what you need to know. What do you like best? We have been using Skubana for about 10 months now. I will admit that Skubana was very complex/intimidating when we first started. However, our account rep Jeffrey was extremely helpful and promptly answered any questions that we had. Now that we are more comfortable using the system our team loves it. By far, one of the most effective programs i have used.
What do you like best? Not only does the program speak for itself but the customer service is beyond helpful. When ever i have an issue it gets resolved with in mins! What do you dislike? A lot of information to take in, but i wouldnt really consider this a dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product What really helped me was Youtube. What do you like best? Skubana is fast and easy to use with great support. Chad the owner knows what he is doing and is always looking for solutions to make his clients happy. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about this software. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Skubana allows me to do everything in one place from forcasting to connecting different marketplaces.

Skubana is Designed for Actual Business Owners and Has Sincerely Simplified & Optimized our Biz
What do you like best? What we like about Skubana is that it seems like the program was designed by an actual business owner who has skin in the game themselves. Not comparable, advanced or easy to use
What do you like best? In theory it has the most basic functions of inventory management and connects shipping, management, POS and everything else into one place, except that it doesn’t. What do you dislike? We get so many errors with the inventory management side of this. And nothing talks to this program and we have to use so many 3rd party apps. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It can be difficult to keep track of what you have in the store. Since we first receive payment from customers before they can receive what they paid for, it is important that we do not oversell our products. It can be embarrassing or even hurt the business when a customer has already paid for a particular item but you have oversold it and they cannot get what they paid for.
