"Good concept, good service, offices in India running in India's time"
What do you like best about Skuad? The local represenattive was very helpful (Arun) and willing to resolve any issue on the spot What do you dislike about Skuad? Back office seems to be run in India and therefore in order to talk to them you need to accomodate to their work schedule. Something I find extremelly inconvinient. Any back office resposne can take up to 24 hours if you are lucky What problems is Skuad solving and how is that benefiting you? Payment to contractors overseas

"Horrible support experience"
What do you like best about Skuad? we chose them as they offer world wide coverage What do you dislike about Skuad? Everything is super complicated and takes weeks to complete. They require big advance notice periods for anything they have to deliver. Any tiny deviation from this results in huge delays and extra costs. What do you like best about Skuad? Online portal is relatively easy to use. Help is available when needed. We are always in constant communications if there are any issues. I like how we have an account manager that helps guide us. What do you like best about Skuad? They are responsive, quick to solve problems, and their pricing is very affordable for helping smaller companies scale fast. What do you dislike about Skuad? Any issues I have had were all resloved very quickly so no dislikes. What problems is Skuad solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps with hiring compliantly abroad and makes it very affordable.

What do you like best about Skuad? Arun Kumar Ravichandran and Vimal Amalraj, along with their entire onboarding team are responsive and will answer questions with accuracy and kindness.
