Poor product with even worse support!

What do you like best? There was not much to like about Skrapp after we exceeded the free membership. During the free membership, we were able to get emails from most of the companies we were looking for email addresses. Skrapp does have a clean and easy to navigate interface without much clutter. Repeated billing issues with Skrapp, including inability to cancel the subscription.

What do you like best? I liked when I switched to hunter.io and my accuracy rates went up. What do you dislike? I disliked that they kept taking money out of my bank after I tried to cancel the service. Support stopped responding. Recommendations to others considering the product: As far as I know, hunter.io won't steal your money. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None anymore.

Great experience with room for improvement

What do you like best? Great user interface with the ability to obtain lists in bulk of prospects from Linkedin. What do you dislike? Skrapp is not always reliable. The function spends a lot of time not working. Uploading mass lists can be interrupted based on Skrapp failing to work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Uploading massive lists provides benefits with more accurate prospect listings based on the company they work.

Wrong about 80% of the time. Poor customer support.

What do you like best? The interface is simple and intuitive. But considering how much you pay for the service it could have a lot more functionality. What do you dislike? 1. Buena, pero mejorable

What do you like best? Lo mejor es que al ser una web app el sistema funciona rápido y al ser online lo tienes disponible en todo momento. What do you dislike? Para poder almacenar los correos no puedes meterlos manualmente, lo cual me parece en mi opinión un muy grave error, puesto que dependes enteramente de los correos que puedas recopilar con la aplicación de Google Chrome de Skrapp, que no reconoce todos, lo cual como digo es un gran fallo en mi opinión porque no te permite ...

Not good enough!

What do you like best? That it fills the gap that Hunter.io left - from my understanding, Hunter.io no longer works with Linkedin. What do you dislike? Support is non-existence. This wouldn't be a problem if it worked - it's buggy and hardly ever does what you want it to do meaning you waste your credits and time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't! Customer Service

What do you like best? The simplicity of the software, there is a very transparent way to manage it. It also shows the saved searches properly organized for future use. What do you dislike? I struggle a couple of weeks to find their customer service but once I made contact and submit my claim they responded very well. What do you like best? Skrapp's integration with LinkedIn makes it easy to filter criteria and then mass export the list of contacts. What do you dislike? Skrapp sometimes isn't reliable when it comes to employee emails, and it still takes a lot of work to clean the list afterwards.
