"Daily Skedulo User"

What do you like best about Skedulo? I think the tool overall works well for the operation of our organization. Many features that makes my day-day job easier to navigate. What do you dislike about Skedulo? My only suggestion would be to have the ability to reverse a job back to the ready or dispatch status if it was changed in the field to check in/on-site or in progress. What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

"Good program with good features"

What do you like best about Skedulo? Visually great, easy to see snap shots of information needed What do you dislike about Skedulo? Some processes require too many actions and steps to achieve desired outcome What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to see and chage and move meetings around easily. Easily able to gather relevant account information when required

What do you like best about Skedulo? Having a unified place for schedulers to work from and store order-related information is helpful. Some useful tools around managing weekly schedules including non-order-related activities. Salesforce integration with orders is useful. What do you dislike about Skedulo? "Great Application for remote work"

What do you like best about Skedulo? The ability to schedule our independent contracted employees to carry out our services all over the United States. Also, the ability to upload images into each job scheduled. What do you dislike about Skedulo? I do wish that there was a way to have a live chat option when scheduling jobs to our phlebotomists. I also, which there was an opportunity to add personalized options to the main swimlane view of the job. What problems is Skedulo solving and how ...

"Clear, Concise and Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Skedulo? Skedulo truly simplifies the process of scheduling, monitoring, and scale our services. What do you dislike about Skedulo? I do not particularly like that you can not schedule out more than a set number of days but we are finding ways to work with this constraint What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? Scheduling a large number of jobs at one time.

"Pros and Cons of Skedulo"

What do you like best about Skedulo? I like that schedules are all in one place and that they can be synched with my Google calendar. I also like that it is easy for the user to block off unavailable days so that you are not double booked. The tool for marking days complete is simple but if there was a reminder notification to mark when you start a job that would be helpful. What do you dislike about Skedulo? I wish that the notifications for new jobs would be in chronological date order. ...

What do you like best about Skedulo? Honestly, I haven't found anything that I like. Perhaps the interfacing with my Google calendar, but that still seems to have glitches. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Not showing events chronologically Have to click on dot in calendar to see event Once item added to google calendar and a change happens, it is not reflected What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? Matching the staff to the clients- better rostering based on staff availability and client needs

"Still learning my way around"

What do you like best about Skedulo? I like all of the different views and filters. I like how easy it is to dispatch a lot of jobs at once. What do you dislike about Skedulo? I don't like that I am not able to simply delete a day. I also do not like that on the calendar, all I can see is "JOB" instead of something like the account or resource. What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? Skedulo has helped me better understnad the breakdown of projects in my company.
