"A truly agile solution that fully meets our needs"

What do you like best about Skalin? In addition to the ergonomics of the software which is particularly pleasant, the ease of appropriation and skill development is remarkable. In a few days, Skalin has become the essential tool for managing our CSM activity, but also on a daily basis thanks to the monitoring of actions and immediate access to exchanges with customers as well as their use of our solutions. The follow-up and alert emails sent each week are also very valuable.
