Great tool and awesome support

What do you like best? Abilities to make to make server side changes without flickering effects. On-premise deployment option. Really great support and mindset - SiteSpect is really willing and working on approach that they would do everything to make their customer happy and fulfill their needs. Dedicated Team for Analytics

What do you like best? Our dedicated team is the most helpful aspect. Additionally, the new feature for segmentation, and smoothing has been helping us tremendously. What do you dislike? The website's inflexibility to move cells around so it's comprehensive for our goals per test. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Each test is valuable for us, and help us problem solve.

What do you like best? Almost limitless configurations and a very performant way of manipulation changes. What do you dislike? Sometimes too complex. No "best-practices" from Sitespect. Best CX optimisation tool

What do you like best? That it is a server based tool. In that way we are very flexible to opimise the online customer experience What do you dislike? For more advanced tests you need to have more skills compared to other tools but the support from Sitespect is very good so it isn't a deal breaker. What problems are you solving with the product? SiteSpect works well for our organization

What do you like best? Does the job - A/B testing. Pretty straightforward and easy to use. What do you dislike? Preview panel is buggy. We've identified data problems and SiteSpect has been unable/unwilling to fix. Not huge, but I feel like they can/should fix them. Specifically, users being assigned into multiple variations within a single campaign. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? eComm changes

What do you like best? Serverside testing aspect, different experimentation options, advanced event tracking . What do you dislike? Difference between Smartphone and mobile users was not really clear initially, and the analysis/reporting interface & knowledge base could be improved. What do you like best? I really like the reliability of my test results--because SiteSpect sits within a websites data layer, I know that I am getting clean, quality data with no interference.
