SiteLock ruined my business website

In May this year I spent almost 45 minutes speaking to a customer service rep to renew my SiteLock subscription on my company website. (I have been a client for several years, and this is not my first terrible experience). In the past, without a malware scanner my website was getting attacked often. Absolutely zero reply from support ever

Absolutely zero reply from support. Using the loosely termed "service" for a while, misses lots of things in scans, support is useless they never reply so no help there. Complete waste of time, there are far better services out there. I'm cancelling my 2 subscriptions as we speak.

Site lock is impossible to contact if…

Site lock is impossible to contact if you have a problem. Our website has been attacked and shutdown multiple times with malware. Tell me what service does this company offer? If you do get someone to answer the phone you most likely will reach a call center overseas where you can’t understand the person. Once again my customers are being sent to a site that sells domain names by Go Daddy. Wow my website domain is even for sale even though I am paid up. My advice don’t waste your money. Go ...

I had trouble forwarding my website so I contacted my hosting Company. They fixed the problem and when I asked what I did wrong they said "nothing, it was a glitch". That night I checked on my websites and all were down. I called blue Host and they told me I was hit with over 6000 malwares or whatever. They said they could not fix it but gave me a number for their go to Company. They supposedly set up an appointment to call me at 9pm Philippine time. Of course at 9:03 I realized they were ...
