Not worth the cost
They do what they say they will do. But I've since discovered that you can get the same exact service from one of their much smaller competitors... At at least half the cost. They did do their jobs well though... When you're a subscriber.

Increíble ver las opiniones de Sitelock de otros clientes. Mi caso es el siguiente. El lunes mi web es infectada con un malware, mi servidor no se hace responsable y me remite a Sitelock para arregarlo, en cuanto contactas con Sitelock te llaman de inmediato, sólo en inglés, una persona te mete miedo en el cuerpo y empieza a renegociar un precio contigo para asegurarte solucionar el problema, en mi caso empezó con 150 dólares al mes por un mínimo de 6 meses para bajar a 100 dólares el mes, ...

I paid over 500 dollars a year for sitelock. It took considerable programming to get it installed on my website. It cause my website multiple problems and cost me significant funds to make it compatible. After a few months, the sitelock was not working or scanning the website properly. At that time I just gave up and figured I would eat the 500 dollars. After a year, sitelock automatically charged my credit card an additional 500 dollars for renewal. Please read carefully. Last friday , i had some issues with hostgator due to some malware into one of my website. i tried to call hostgator immediately and sitelock has replied to phone explaining me that i need to pay 150 usd to get away from the malware and monitorize my site . nothing had been done and i had to change server . basically new scam method hostgator supsend your account and since you are desperate to get it back to work , you say yes to everything . the guy from sitelock ...
