I hired Sitelock through HostGator to remove malware from my website. Despite their promises, after two weeks and numerous calls, the issue remains unresolved. They continue to send me daily emails claiming the problem is fixed, and the site is clean. This has cost me significant time and money. My experience with Danielle…
My experience with Danielle specifically was nothing but topnotch customer service. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was extremely patient and kind. I was extremely frustrated and she helped me so much by answering all my questions. Thank you so much, Danielle!

Don't waste your time and money
I signed up to have Malware removed from my website hosted through Hostgator. SiteLock did a Malware clean and the site still had Malware. Unfortunately, the only option was to fully delete the website and all files from Hostgator. I asked for a refund and suggested a partial refund because they did do some work and was told no. So I paid for a full year of coverage and got a few days of work that didn't solve the problem.

I have not been able to remove malware from my website even after paying the fees asked for. I have spoken with several representatives who have not been helpful.

Sitelock ripped me off
Sitelock ripped me off. Their service did not work and they refuse to issue a refund. Look at their BBB complaints, they go by Hostgator, Newfold, and Sitelock. Completely worthless service
