"Sitehelpdesk is a fantastic communication platform"

What do you like best about Sitehelpdesk HelpDesk? Sitehelpdesk is an incredible solution to record incidents. What I like most is its portal oriented to the immediate response of the tickets with its self-service center. I consider that it has a board with all the administration, reports and management services sections located visually, to make it easier for technicians to enter the functions.
