One of the better CMS out there, but need more maturity in Omni Channel capabilities
What do you like best? Once setup, pretty seamless for content authors, personalization and analytics. What do you dislike? The amount of complexity added to build Sitecore sites sometimes may not justify the efforts. Easy to Use
What do you like best? The platform is easy to navigate and search works well. What do you dislike? We are on an older version which is unfortunate. Great Tool with a lot of cool tech
What do you like best? I like that Sitecore has flexibility and offers a lot of fun tools that are innovate and forward thinking What do you dislike? The Experience Editor can be very slow at times. What do you like best? managing contents is easy to use clear layout What do you dislike? the system often is slow (i'm based in Cambridge UK) or show errors during after editing to save. What do you like best? It offers the flexibility and content management we need along with the integrated email and marketing campaign solutions What do you dislike? During our 9.1 upgrade, there were significant delays with data migration from Mongo to SQL What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Love the framework but it's a bit complex
What do you like best? The architecture from version 9 is really nice. I like the technology stack. Also the framework is great and it has a great support for localization. What do you dislike? The complexity to get on board and build a site. It should be easier. Recommendations to others considering the product: Really great platform but takes time to get used to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Localization related problems.

Powerful, but slow for developers and editors.
What do you like best? Powerful features, good editing experience, easy to use. What do you dislike? Slow for developers and authors, complicated deployment with version 9. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest issue is performance during development. We found authors have issues with the system speed even on powerful servers. Additionally, search while permissions are active on items does not work well.
