Friendly tool for broad range of users
What do you like best? While the platform is fairly easy to use for users with varying technical aptitude, it's capable of delivering somewhat complex, custom user experiences on a variety of channels. What do you dislike? The platform can be glitchy at times. Also have been known to find work arounds. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hope to deliver more personalization soon.

Not too shabby
What do you like best? The developer ability to automate our procedures, and empower our marketing team is fantastic. What do you dislike? Finding appropriate developer documentation without communicating with a partner can be fairly challenging. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mostly CMS based problems, but our automation capabilities for our small team really help us excel.

Love Developing for Sitecore
What do you like best? The thing I like best about Sitecore is its extensibility. There isn't a business need we can't address. What do you dislike? Sitecore from an Agency Perspective
What do you like best? I like that the platform is custom and flexible. I think the hierarchy and content tree is very beneficial, I like being able to edit content in both views. What do you dislike? I do not appreciate the fact that components seem very buggy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Content Entry across multiple departments. Personalization, Xdb, EXM.

What do you like best? Allows us to display content based on on store location. We often have different amenities offered so it makes for a better guest experience if we can share more relevant information. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Sitecore allows our company to keep up with demand without requiring our developers to constantly customize. What do you dislike? I'm a new user, so far - no issues. It does require an expert to set up. If we were to rely on training our internal dev team, I would not feel comfortable that we did it the best way we could.
