Overly complicated

What do you like best? A focus on content instead of commerce (which is what most other platforms focus on these days). The tool is robust and you can do a lot with it. What do you dislike? I find the platform to be overly complicated, and requires more technical knowledge from the business users than should be necessary. What do you like best? I like how easily you can manage content across multiple language versions. It's extremely flexible, which lets us build out the components for our marketing needs.
