Monitoring made simply
What do you like best? To have all monitoring available with a complete product, very easy to implement and since we are a MSP we can rebrand have all costumers in the platform and rebrand it. What do you dislike? Some of the pre-built monitoring thresholds could be improved... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitor all our costumers IT platforms.

Smartest way to monitor servers
What do you like best? It is easy to use, works as expected and is quite quick to set up. Using it for my severs health monitoring and performance monitoring. What do you dislike? At present, I do not have any point but remote access of server without login will also added if possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No need to monitor servers. It do it for me. I also track resource consumption.
