I am thoroughly impressed with the Site …
I am thoroughly impressed with the Site Search 360 service, and the Site Search 360 team. I had a minor issue that their support resolved for me in a matter of minutes, and they went above and beyond and even put together a custom service plan for our needs! Top notch service. Top notch product. I can't say enough good things!

Site Search 360 Looking Good so far
What do you like best? We have just been introduced to and are in the process of trying this out in the last week and we are loving how fast and easy it is to use. You don't have to use technical terms to get to what your looking for. Also, liking that it has autocompletion and can group search results and you can customize the search box. What do you dislike? Excellent customization and functionality!
In the wake of Google rolling back site search features, we needed a new tool for our website immediately. David and the SiteSearch 360 team were extremely accommodating in helping us get set up with the SS360, helping us to customize our options and utilize features to get the most out of their product. Customization is excellent, customer service is excellent, and the features and usability is better than anything we’ve had before.

Great Replacement for Google Custom Search
The software was a great replacement for Google's custom search for our art gallery when they discontinued the service. Reasonably priced with lots of great options. I looked at quite a few competitors before choosing and I'm very glad I chose them. Easy to use with awesome support!
