Very easy configuration
Very easy configuration, lots of style options and most important excellent support that is quick to respond. The search functions are impressive, results come back extremely fast and the indexing was fairly quick considering it was thousands of pages. Tweaking the settings resulted in excellent matches in results. I chose to try SiteSearch360 because their documentation, pricing and help files were all available on their site before I signed up. I can't believe I got such an incredible resource for my company for so little effort on my part. special thanks to the incredible developers David Urbansky and Jaroslav Vaňkát for the extra help in giving my site the most beautiful search and search results imaginable for my eCommerce store. Search feature has increased page views & site earnings!
I had been using Google's search bar for years, but it was awful. I happened to get an email from Site Search 360, so I did a trial of their search feature. David was excellent
David was excellent! He was very helpful going above and beyond! He could have given up saying "I dont use that program to build websites" but continued to help until I was satisfied. So far my search looks great and we have paid for a subscription well before our trial period was up! Thanks for a great experience.
