Superb customer support
Very good product - I would recommend it for website owners looking for professional on-site search functionality. It's pretty easy to get running if you are reasonably tech-literate (html, css, a little js knowledge). Best of all though is the truly excellent support. I have called on them 3 or 4 times over the last few months and they have always solved the issue quickly and thoroughly.

Amazing support and help with our…
Amazing support and help with our setup, they did most of the work for us. They did testing, setup categories, and custom designed the look and feel of our search to fit our site for free. We are now a loyal customer and their search has really helped us out with giving us better results and more options than we ever thought we could get at the $194 USD per month price range. Site Search 360 were recommended to us by Wix.com to provide me with a search facility’s for my trades register website alllocaltrades4u.com which I had created.
