PDF Indexing Issue Solved

What do you like best? My client's website relies heavily on PDF catalogs, some of which are quite large. I have been routinely indexing the website and noticed over 100 PDFs were unable to be indexed due to a Server Error (500). I emailed Site Search 360 and received a response within a few hours detailing the cause of my issue, along with a solution. Abbie upgraded my size limit by 8MB and also provided helpful tips to solve my PDF size issue for the future. What do you dislike? ...

Excellent Search Engine With Easy Implementation and Great Dashboard Tools

This search tool is easy to implement, looks great, and has excellent support. I had tried several search tools, some installed locally and some external, and ran into roadblocks with every one of them that prevented implementation. I had a few questions on this product before starting, and they were answered promptly, allowing me to get this working within 30 minutes. I give 4 stars instead of five because…

I give 4 stars instead of five because there were some problems in the beginning with the searches but I must say I am very much impressed with the service. Every issue that came up was resolved either immediately or within a few days even some features that are not standard were build in. Everything works without problems now.
