The folks from Sisense did a wonderful job assisting us with our first-use cases, which we found to be an excellent source for hands-on eduction. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The software is simple to develop. It's intuitive and easy to use. Sisense assisted our BI team and saved us plenty of time when constructing dashboards intended for our audiences. Its data source management is easy and gives room for customizations. The UI is already amazing, but it seems they will never stop improving it. I think that's amazing. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The tool provides immmense flexibility to gain access to more than one data source. I can easily link to Google Sheets, MySQL databases, and Zendesk. I'm able to come up with a custom query when making Elasticube. The've adapted to an API-first approach with the technology they're providing. For a BI platform, it's rather unsuual. Yet, it makes this platfom very competitive whenever scaling for the cloud. The graphical user interface of Elasticube makes everything simple to set up from a data point-of-view. I like their dashboard creation process. I find it intuitive as well.
