What do you like best about Zenvia Conversion? Sirena allows a large number of tools that you can extract from WhatsApp: Have a certified line (Green Check), distribute conversations between agents and speed up responses. This is a great plus, since you will access tools that only the API can offer, such as data registration and operations between users, adding CRM-type tools.

What do you like best about Zenvia Conversion? The UX is very easy to use and onboarding is super simple. The way it manages multiple agents is great and the shared inbox improvement in their last version was a real gamechanger

What do you like best about Zenvia Conversion? Thanks to Sirena, we have been able to implement the corporate whatsapp channel in Falco Cargo, transferring our clients to the different areas, as required. This has allowed us to improve response times and have full traceability of the conversation when interacting with our different facilitators. We use Sirena we can provide direct and personalized attention to our cutomers.
