Singular Review - My experience

What do you like best? Our main use for singular is being able to ETL the data into our own data warehouse. It allows us to marry the data with our internal data set and create meaningful insights. We are new users to singular and it has already had a huge impact in automating reports and generating meaningful insights. What do you dislike? Overall a great service with easy UI and excellent support

What do you like best? Super easy UI makes using your platform a real pleasure! It definitely could help making report templates though so you don't have to manually pick your preferred settings each time. What do you dislike? Your support team is doing a great job, but sometimes minor tickets take too long to fix. Easy to read data

What do you like best? It makes my weekly/monthly reporting so much easier and quicker. What do you dislike? Nothing yet- its very user friendly. I am excited to learn more of the program as I continue to use it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I would like to be able to make a report become a pivot, maybe that is possible but I haven't figured it out!

Best tool to track required events(analytics)

What do you like best? It's is good platform to track required events are integrated in our app/software or not. What do you dislike? We can store only 20 devices at a time. What do you like best? I really enjoy the multiple view options that Singular provides for my data. What do you dislike? Right now, nothing. I need more time to understand the product better but the dashboard display is phenomenal. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to track my campaigns and budget as efficiently as possible.

Good tool, Room for Improvement

What do you like best? The UI is very clean and easy to use; and I like that I can view cohorted data, which is not offered for many other data platforms. What do you dislike? I have to manually calculate ROAS for my campaigns. There are also issues with syncing with Kochava. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My clients use Singular and I use it to keep track of ROAS.
