"Does what they say they do, but is it worth it?"
What do you like best about SinglePlatform? Great way to update your menu across multiple platforms. What do you dislike about SinglePlatform? Expensive and is it really worth the cost if you can effectively update your menus on your own? I've done it now and some websites they update aren't even where guests visit. "Not helpful for business - Steer clear of Single Platform"
What do you like best about SinglePlatform? Their customer service agents are courteous and somewhat helpful however there does seem to be a disconnect between these agents and the management. What do you dislike about SinglePlatform? No gain to having single platform. Had this for over a year, kept hearing that I am getting good traction. Never actually translates to business. "Not effective"
What do you like best about SinglePlatform? Support is responsive, no real other benefits. What do you dislike about SinglePlatform? Unless you are a restaurant, this platform provides no real value. Even then, there are better alternatives. The fact that they rely on tricking businesses into using their platform by editing Google My Business listings is proof enough of this. "Helpful but not necessary"
What do you like best about SinglePlatform? I like the text functionality for our guests. What do you dislike about SinglePlatform? There were a lot of times that the system would not communicate with our reservation system. We spent at least 45 minutes a week troubleshooting and contacting tech support. "Impossible to discontinue service"
What do you like best about SinglePlatform? They did post menus on online sites. But I didn't think the menus were very good or very helpful to my business. What do you dislike about SinglePlatform? They tell you that you can cancel at any time, but this is absolutely not true. I called to cancel my service and spent 10 minutes repeating over and over that I wanted to discontinue. But the agent just kept telling me why I shouldn't cancel. This is outrageous and makes me think this product ...
