What do you like best about Prisma Autonomous Digital Experience Management (ADEM)? The most helpful feature was the cloud portal and the ability to see all probes at a glance. This was a feature that was lacking in a competitors product. We also liked the licensing model and how easy it was to set up policies. The knowledge base was very helpful and gave us a good amount of information prior to installing the probe on our network.
