What do you like best? 1. The ability to tag yourself with your “Expertise”! They make for great conversation topics and you get to know your team a bit more 2. Easy to use and engage with my coworkers
What do you like best? My favorite feature is the integrated employee directory. What do you dislike? Threes too many social campaigns (but I don’t think that’s your fault). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to find out who people are. Also much easier to find company documents for things like onboarding/offboarding

Company intranet platform
What do you like best? We are allowed to see company updates and offer feedback with a social feed. It’s been a secret way for me to get leadership to consider a few of my ideas. What do you dislike? I get a lot of notifications from updates and the social feed. It’s sometimes hard to keep track of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We understand our strategy better and have used the platform for networking.

Prettiest Intranet I’ve seen
What do you like best? This employee intranet is incredibly intuitive, search is great, and the user interface is incredibly sleek and easy to use. What do you dislike? That we didn’t modernize our system sooner with Simpplr. GAME CHANGER What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps connect our department to other teams, stay in-the-know with company events, and see the bigger picture of the company’s overall strategy and mission.

We stay connected with the U.S. office
What do you like best? The personnel directory is searchable with org charts and our major policy documents are on a single site—not spread all over. What do you dislike? I would have preferred a branded mobile app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The whole company gets information at the same time. It limits information to critical announcements and employee news. Much better than email.

Company news and directory on steroids
What do you like best? The org chart helps me know who everyone is, who they report to, where they sit, what they do, and how to contact them. What do you dislike? Nothing. It’s really easy to use and indeed liked the design very much. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This makes it easier to understand who does what and see the company’s most important updates.

Straightforward and easy to use

Best Intranet I’ve ever used
What do you like best? The system seems to know my role and interest areas. It does a good job presenting information that is valuable to me and hides irrelevant news. This is the first intranet I’ve ever seen that looks nice. I’m so used to intranets being text heavy and having 1990s-style html. What do you dislike? Nothing. This is the best intranet! I’ve seen many . . . .
What do you like best? Simpplr is very easy to use and administer. I don’t have to train employee users or site managers to use the software. What do you dislike? It’s hard to be critical of Simpplr. Great way to communicate important resources to my company!
What do you like best? I really like how easy it is to create an event or page in just minutes. What do you dislike? I do not like having to go to the code view to input my widget, before you could just embed the widget code right into the content field and the video or Powerpoint slide deck would just appear.
