The customer service team was great
The customer service team was great. I had difficulty with the website. I suggest that the system was too quick to deactivate my account due to a credit card issue. I should have been able to enter a new card even though the account was deactivated.

Employers beware
Employers beware! You will pay to reveal each application if so desired. SimplyHired has no way whatsoever to protect your company from the unemployment scammers out there still trying to milk the system since the epidemic days. Entry level applicants are filling out applications, simply hired is having you pay for the reveal and then applicants are ghosting. Huge drain on resources. Big waste of money and time. Simply hired has LIVE agents easy to access
Simply hired has been easy to use, transparent pricing and most importantly, easy to get a hold of a LIVE person. I don't use any other sites because of the last item. Customer care is important!

IMPRESSIVE!
I am impressed! My account went live 12:00 pm and by 3:49 I had my 1st applicant. I got my 2nd at 7:00 am the next day. Both applicants have the experience and skills I'm needing. Thanks for the hard choice...lol Also, the pay terms are more than fair.

What do you like best about SimplyHired? Interface is pretty clean, UI SEEMS to be pretty intuitive; didn't get much of a chance to use it though. What do you dislike about SimplyHired? Went through a lot of verification and added a lot of personal/business information (including credit card info) to create the account and post one job. "Verified and then account deactivated without reason."
What do you like best about SimplyHired? Nothing. My account was activated, verified and then deactivated without explanation within 72 hours. What do you dislike about SimplyHired? They require a lot of person information in order to make an account. They claim it's to verify you are a real organization. We started using Simply Hired last year because we liked that they post to multiple hiring platforms and their rates are competitive. However, they are not easy to deal with.
