Reasonable pricing, but a bit confusing
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Reasonable pricing and I like how you're able to connect your Facebook page. This makes a difference in selling services being that it's an easier option to book. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I don't really care for the design layout functionality. Great all in one booking tool!
I've been using SimplyBook for a few weeks now. I'm honestly impressed with the tool so far. Every feature I've needed for my business can be found with this, every question I've asked support has been answered quickly and to a high standard. The support team is very knowledgeable about the software.

Great booking site!!
I have been using SimplyBook.me for about 2 weeks and so far I love it. The interface is easy for both myself & my clients to use. They also have cool features like intake forms, service categories & Instagram photo sharing. It’s definitely a good booking platform to use

After taking the plunge and deciding to add a 'Book Direct' feature for the Pura Vida Ecolodge retreat we founded in Costa Rica, we can thankfully say that the team at Simply Book have been a great help as together we finally managed to set up our booking engine and incorporate it successfully into our website... Great software apart from when they delete your company and you can't reinstate
I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I had set up a company some time ago but due to some reasons I had let it sit for some time on a free level while on other projects and now my company and all the work I put into setting it up has been deleted and now I've been informed that I can't even recover the work done already and have to start from scratch with a different name. SimplyBook has plenty of functionality
SimplyBook has plenty of functionality and offers a simple online appointment. Live Help is online all weekdays, almost 24 hours a day and very helpful.

Going past the free trial
Going past the free trial! I am excited to dive into this amazing software even further. I find their dashboard well placed, easy to use and well set-up. I do have some web-building experience and that helps as the landing page editing is a bit difficult to navigate and customize. But in all, I am excited to invest a year into this software and have it integrate well in my business efficiencies.
