Good customer support for product demo
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Good to have a call and online chat with customer support for product demo as introduction, and then followed by 1 month trial with access to all the features so as to decide the most suitable pricing plan. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Interface navigation and functions could get more simplified. Are you a current user of this product? Yes

Sehr gutes TOOL!
Sehr gutes Tool für die Terminvereinbarung... schön auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse Skalierbar. Schöne Vorlagen. Mit der kostenlosen Version kann man auch schon sehr gut arbeiten und vieles einstellen. Es ist sehr intuitiv und man braucht nicht so viel Erfahrung um alles anzupassen. Die passende App ist auch Grandios. Wir können es nur sehr empfehlen.

Easy to use and great
After researching various booking platforms I decided to try SimplyBook.me and was not disappointed! I managed to do a whole website by myself without any previous experience and found that it easily enabled me a lot of flexibility for a very specific type of appointment: Covid Rapid Tests.

Einfache Bedienung, schneller Service, guter Preis

Grade A Experience
I was on the search for an interactive, straight-forward scheduling program that streamlined processes for our growing business. I had experience with several other platforms, but SimplyBook.me really impressed me with the options, the ease of use, and polished appearance. I was weighing our options but SimplyBook.me blew the others out of the water. I'm so glad I kept looking and found them!

Incredibly flexible system but easy to use
This is the first booking system that has the flexibility we need (Community Centre booking). The support during the trial period was excellent and the functionality is impressive. We are using the Basic package and while it would be nice to use more, this meets our needs. Our community has embraced online bookings quickly.

Focus on Branding
We chose SimplyBook.me because of the ease of use and branding tools available during implementation. The site has been extremely easy to work with and setup - we are very happy with the options available to us at such a cost effective price.
