Superb Scheduling Tool
This scheduling software is a huge step up in flexibility and functionality for me. I really needed something that would handle multi venue bookings and multiple users effectively. Really impressed with the level of functions and their responsive help

Very very good service.
PROS: The best aspect of this service is simplicity and ease of installation and configuration. CONS: I dunno about that. For my tasks - there are no problematic aspects, because it work well.

This software works really well and…
This software works really well and I've tried a few. Simple to add the extra things you want and leave out what you don't. I'm using it for 1-1 swimming classes at often at different times every week, and it's really easy to set up for that.

Simplybook is A+++. Highly recommended!
Out of a number of options for a planning tool, Simplybook really stands out. It meets every need, offers lots of great, practical options for everyone in every field of work. Great customer service as well. Highly recommended!

So far, so good - A*
We've only been using SimplyBook for just over a week now, and so far we are incredibly impressed. It's easy to use, and it's very user friendly - meaning a smoother transaction for our customers. The automation is also saving us a lot of time! We would however love a feature that deducts a class amount for every missed date - similar to our old system Bookwhen. Other than this - it's perfect and the support has been second to none too.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over het aanbod en gebruik van de website Simply Bookme.Het is fijn dat je zelf kan kiezen van welke functionaliteiten je graag al dan niet gebruik maakt en de toepassing hiervan verloopt zeer vlot. Het customizen van je mailberichten vind ik ook zeker een grote meerwaarde. Ik ben in de gratis testperiode al snel overgeschakeld naar de betalende versie en ben een tevreden klant.

Feature filled tool with great support!
PROS: Lots of great features, but the best part is the great documentation/videos and support staff to help in setting them all up CONS: I wished I had a longer trial period to configure out system and test it all before purchasing, however I suspect the support staff would have given an extension if I had asked.
