The positive note about Simply is it always works in sync and autosave mode. You need not to fear about data loss and integrity things. As a monthly subscriber of Simply, we will suggest and recommend it to the business community.

Cool tool to meet our platform needs

All we have to say is Simply is a Cool tool to work on
PROS: We’ve used Simply CRM for Salesforce automation with BI dashboard. Our level of satisfaction was amazing, it really helped us to achieve our business goals. Overall satisfied with the experience. CONS: It helped us to improve our business efficiency, better respond to buyer journey persona and interaction for higher trust building and improved order conversion.

PROS: The positive note about Simply is it always works in sync and auto-save mode. You need not to fear about data loss and integrity things. As a monthly subscriber of Simply, we will suggest and recommend it to the business community. CONS: As of now we don’t think it has some points to highlight and notice any cons. Simply is a tool to work in all verticals for the business point of view and its horizon is widened too.

Excellent tool to handle the incoming request and ticketing from the clientele
We have a team of 20 people in 5 departments and have synced Simply all around. The idea is to have an access from the web for 5 different users and work accordingly. The email assistance, campaign management and Kanban feature work smoothly and efficiently.

Our experience with Simply was good and we were happy with automation
The cost can be customized on a AWS model such as Pay-As-You-Go so that we only pay for what we use. We typically use it for leads and contacts management for our various clients and campaign.

Flexible and complete suite
You need not to be a programmer to customize it. It’s flexible enough to do many things well enough for a small company that does not need very specialized applications. It is intuitive enough for my users to take up without push back.
