What do you like best about Simply CRM? Easy to use, all in one platform with a price that works with my budget. What do you dislike about Simply CRM? I have not found anything yet that I dislike as I am new to this CRM. This works in every aspect of my business that I can see so far. "Simply CRM made my life easier in sales"

What do you like best about Simply CRM? The lead generation, the ability to keep track of leads, and track outreach. What do you dislike about Simply CRM? It can be difficult to navigate but once you get the hang of it it's easy. What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It's tracking leads and letting me know if they opened emails or any other outreach. I am more productive with this product.

Has the good 3rd party integrations. Great value. Great support

PROS: I tried Zoho, HubSpot, Insightly and Pipedrive! I found the CRM was trying to control my way of working, instead of the against. Simply lives up to the name. Contact segmentation is straightforward and leveraged by the integrations. Tech support is super good. Definitely the best I have to work with.

A pathfinder for complex business processes

PROS: Recommend this to anyone, glad I stumbled upon a Danish business/book and CRM preference that said it was among the best out there, because after using it now for months, realized the same. CONS: As with all changes, the learning curve was the only obstacle for me, but the Simply team was always an email or phone call away if we needed assistance.
