"Amazing! Everything you need in one place."

What do you like best about SimplePractice? I love that SimplePractice has everything in one platform. It saves me a lot of time. I don't have to worry about clients getting appointment reminders. I also love that the system can load preview notes. I save a lot of time writing my notes. I love being able to create my own documents. I love that I can add homework to my clients using the portal. "Easy to use all in one EHR Software"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? It has all of the features needed for a mental health therapist to be able to manage their caseload, including: scheduling, reminders, online forms, notes, insurance billing, video sessions, treatment plans and reports. Worst possible,horrible

Worst possible,horrible, non-existant customer service!! I have been attempting to get assistance with billing Care First since July--zero results, and it's impossible to speak with a human. I can't imagine where the positive feedback is coming from(they write their own reviews?)-total nightmare!!!
