"The system is very easy to use once you get the hang of it."

What do you like best about SimplePractice? The ability to send confidential files to clients, the was of uploading documents, and ease of platform navigation (once you learn it). Initially it took me some time to navigate where to input new client information but once I figure it out it was a breeze. "Intuitive, user friendly, quick customer service"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? I find it very user friendly and intuitive, from creating forms, to billing, and documentation. Filing claims for insurance is as easy as a few clicks, and remittances are easily transferred and allocated to client billing statements making the process extremely smooth. I also enjoy the ability to review previous notes or view the current treatment plan while filling out session notes. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? In creating forms ...

"Using Simple Practice in my Private Practice"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? Simple Practice is easy to navigate, is intuitive, and is customizable for your personal business needs. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? I wish that fillable DSM-5 Assessments were included in document choices. What problems is SimplePractice solving and how is that benefiting you? I like using one platform for all of my needs: documentation, assessments, HIPAA compliance, secure mesaging, billing, and professional development.

What do you like best about SimplePractice? All in one client data storage, paperless office, telehealth, billing, and customer support. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? Could use some updating for multi disciplinary group practices. What problems is SimplePractice solving and how is that benefiting you? Reducing paperwork by streamlining all intake documents to the client portal. Claims support and decreased time doing billing.

Using the Wiley treatment planners limits you based on diagnosis. What problems is SimplePractice solving and how is that benefiting you? The tedium of billing and doing notes.

Access to features is not a-la-cart and because I work in a school I do not use the basic features but would like some of them offered on the premium package What problems is SimplePractice solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about SimplePractice? It is helpful to obtain digital signatures for intake paperwork and to organize client information. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? I feel that it isn't self-explanatory and the layout is confusing at times. To be fair, I've mainly utilized SP for intake paperwork, so I haven't spent time exploring its functionality.
