Simon Data is a vital element of our martech stack

What do you like best? Features and functionality of the segment builder as well as the ESP and audience syncing with other marketing platforms. Also, their willingness to build whatever we need is crucial! We've used them for hyper-segmentation to get about as close to personalized marketing as we can. Great company, great team, great product

What do you like best? For reference - I have used Salesforce ExactTarget Marketing Cloud and Braze (formerly Appboy) and have been working in CRM for the last 6 years. I LOVE working with SimonData. The team is small, but I think this is an asset - it means that they listen to our feedback and actually build features to help us get what we need (small enough to pay attention, but big enough to actually deliver new functionality). CDP Search = Simon Data

What do you like best? Simon Data makes it easy for us to run marketing campaigns by leveraging user data and real-time behavior to optimize and test messaging, frequency, timing, etc. Integrating Simon with other user-touchpoint software we are able to build better user flows and communicate more personalized and automated messaging. Great tools for managing and unifying customer data and communicating across channels

What do you like best? Unique dashboard of key metrics and methods of integrating data quickly and efficiently set Simon Data apart from the crowd. We pull in data from multiple sources and Simon joins it all together so we can use it to create smarter more effective customer segments and and analyze cohorts. Unique product, lots of potential

What do you like best? As a smaller product, you get better service than established big players, and your feedback actively becomes part of their product development. Because you're dealing with their team over Slack, it's really easy to come up with creative solutions and they work hard to understand your business, instead of giving out rote examples.
