I used the service for 2 months

I used the service for 2 months. Disabled automatic service renewal. When logging into the system for the third month, a write-off occurred. I wrote a request to the technical service. Everything was reimbursed and done very quickly. The return arrived within 2 days. Everything is fast and efficient! Special thanks to Rachel Polin.

You are literally bombarded with Mails!

No respect for data protection!!! You are literally bombarded with emails. The company does not comply with the request to delete the data and instead even sends forms in which you are asked to provide further information about yourself. Even an email announcing that future emails will be blocked and the company will be rated poorly is ignored. From now on, Similarweb is on my blocklist - incredibly intrusive!

Impossible to signup.

Impossible to signup. Twenty times filled in my phone number, nothing works. Step 6 of 8... Ridiculous. How long does this company exist?

Shocking - Ask you to leave fake reviews to encourage buyes to purchase items!

This Company Scams Employees

This company’s entire viability is based on a scam. Employees must put bigger and bigger amounts of money in just to get paid. If they can’t make a payment, SimilarWeb keeps all the money previously spent and refuses to allow withdrawal of any commission. They claim in the interview having to put in payments is very rare but it’s obviously a lie. They ask you to borrow money off family and friends!!

Built on scammed content

Built on scammed content. New employees are taken on for a trial period where they buy and return items to be advertised pushing the market visibility up. Employees must use their own money and if they can't finish a day's work they lose all their money.

SimiarWeb charges annually before the trial period ends

Scammy Website I have been charged for an annually subscription one day before the trail period ends , I only logged in once the day I started the trial. I want a refund but the company didn’t answer my mails

Collecting your information / Not trustworthy

I just wanted to try out the platform. It asked me for my credit card information and annual subscription to give me a 7-day trial period. They also promised me that I shall be able to use the free trial subscription for 7-days even if I cancel it. However, as soon as I cancelled the paid subscription, the free trial gone. TRIAL SCAM

It took only one minute and than I was able to find the data of one website I wanted to see. Well, it took me 15 minutes - ALL of my personal details even my phone number - and they did not allow me to search ONE SINGLE WEBSITE. Scammers!
