What do you like best about Silktide? The platform is extremely easy to use and navigate. What do you dislike about Silktide? There's not much to dislike to be honest. The only downside is the amount of work it creates, which is a good thing as it gets everything up to scratch for accessibility and other elements which we were previously lacking. What problems is Silktide solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been heavily focused on accessibility and compliance.

What do you like best about Silktide? Silktide provides an easy way to stay up to date on your website. Although Silktide is in a different time zone, Aaron at Silktide has been incredibly helpful and is always quick to answer any question or email. What do you like best about Silktide? The platform provides information and solutions in plain English, allowing issues to be easily understood by myself and colleagues. It provides examples of how to fix the majority of issues too. "Silktide has simply transformed the accessibility of our website"

What do you like best about Silktide? Silktide has a user friendly interface that is generally easy to navigate and use, giving an immediate overview of the current issues already prioritized for us and grouped by discipline. Each issue is linked to the page on which it is detected, making reviewing it simplicity itself. What do you like best about Silktide? Ability to view accessibility issues across multiple parameters and have both the issues and their recommended fixes explained in plain English. What do you dislike about Silktide? Not much really. It could be improved by introducing more batch actions where multiple pages are fixed by the same issue. What do you like best about Silktide? Silktide has been so valuable when identifying accessibility issues with our website and breaking down how to resolve them. I particularly like that you can categorise these by job title, so for instance developers, and can then share the report with them. What do you dislike about Silktide? "Very useful for monitoring quality, marketing and accessibility aspects of large website."

What do you like best about Silktide? Highlights problems and gives appropriate actions to fix issues. What do you dislike about Silktide? Requires manual process to fix issues individually, e.g., optimized images have to be downloaded and then relaced individually. Some tool for this would be nice even if it only downloaded the optimized images in a zip file. What problems is Silktide solving and how is that benefiting you? To improve the quality, marketing, and accessibility of websites.

It's so simple to get everything set up, get a website added and then start getting reports on how it's performing in minutes. What do you like best about Silktide? Silktide is an excellent tool to check for accessibility and grammatical issues on our South Cambridgeshire District Council website. I love that each accessibility issue comes with an explanation of why it needs to be fixed and instructions on how you can fix the issue.
