What do you like best about Silktide? Getting to grips with the software is very straightforward. Initially, when I was first shown Silktide, it looked overwhelming. However, Silktide Academy breaks this barrier down and provides an easy-to-understand guide, covering ‘fundamentals’ and ‘accessibility’. "Great tool for monitoring website accessibility, quality and marketing with helpful advice"

What do you like best about Silktide? Instructions for improvements are very clear What do you dislike about Silktide? Difficult to know what weighting each point has on scores. What problems is Silktide solving and how is that benefiting you? Accessibility (WCAG AA) and general website quality issues e.g. broken links. I didn't know about the marketing and SEO tools within Silktide.

What do you like best about Silktide? The Silktide tool is very easy to use, so time is spent on correcting the issues highlighted, not navigating the system What do you dislike about Silktide? The alerts for downtime could be a little clearer What problems is Silktide solving and how is that benefiting you? Silktide is excellent for ensuring an excellent minimum standard of content on our large website (over 2000 pages). Without Silktide this would be very difficult to manage

What do you like best about Silktide? Silktide has a great user interface which makes it easy to move around the application and is structured really well so you can access all the features easily. The out of the box offering contains a lot of the features we needed which before we were paying extra for. What do you like best about Silktide? The detailed feedback on what we need to do in order to fix our accessibility issues. What do you dislike about Silktide? We'll wait and see! I haven't come across anything yet. What problems is Silktide solving and how is that benefiting you? Given the automated processes involved, it saves us hours of work trying to identify accessibility issues.

What do you like best about Silktide? I find the UI of Silktide really user-friendly, with clear explanations if there are any complicated issues with an error message that was obviously crafted by engineers. I also find the way it separates out any issues to be handy, with options from A to AAA accessibility standards. What do you dislike about Silktide?
